Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Epping Company: TeacherActive Contract: Full-Time/Part-Time Do you have a passion for working with students with special educational needs? TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Epping, supporting students aged 10-19 in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs, focusing on individual learning needs. Assist in implementing tailored learning strategies and individual education plans (IEPs). Work closely with teachers to create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. Offer one-on-one or small group assistance, helping students stay engaged and focused. Support students in their social, emotional, and academic growth. Requirements: Experience working with SEN students, particularly with autism and other learning difficulties. Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring nature. Ability to manage challenging behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere. Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training in SEN education. Benefits: Competitive salary.
