Quality Engineer

What You Will Do: Lead the management and development of the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 business system, ensuring peak operational efficiency. Conduct internal audits, spearhead Continuous Improvement projects, and drive waste reduction to enhance delivery to customers. Manage non-conformances, collaborating with departments or suppliers on corrective actions, and review actions for quality assurance. Champion the improvement of Quality KPIs through detailed analysis, identifying key areas for business focus. Support the Product Development team to ensure Quality by Design in all products, maintaining high manufacturing standards. Provide essential training, documentation, and Quality Controls to support manufacturing processes. What You Will Bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within ISO9001 and ISO14001 environments. Proven track record of leading Continuous Improvement projects and applying Lean techniques effectively. Exceptional organisational, planning, and project management skills, with a keen analytical mind. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organisation.
