Job Title: Fire Extinguisher Service Engineer
Location: Oxford Area
Salary: 30,000 per annum depending on experience + up to 6,000 commission
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Van Usage: Provided for work purposes only
Certification Required: MUST HAVE BS5306 Certificate
Joining Bonus: 1,500 (paid in two instalments: 750 after 6 months and the remaining 750 after another 6 months)
Additional Allowances:
- If you live outside the M25 corridor, you will receive an extra 5,000 per annum.
- If you live inside the M25 and travel into London five times a month, you will receive an extra 5,000 per annum.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fire Extinguisher Service Engineer to join our team in the Oxford area. This role involves maintaining and servicing fire extinguishers to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and servicing of fire extinguishers.
- Ensure all work complies with BS5306 standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to customers.
- Plan and manage work schedules efficiently.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current BS5306 certificate.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical aptitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- A DBS check is required.
