The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience preferably (CCTV, Fire, Access and Intruder)
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Clean criminal record as all engineers must be DBS checked

Main Function/Job Objective:
Responsibility for the development and performance of engineering. Provide support to the engineers and senior engineers with any training needs. Motivate to achieve branch contribution targets. Promote a high level of customer care in order that the service provided meets the customer’s expectations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Encourage and give guidance on complying with company procedures for:
- Contract /design review
- Health and safety
- Company vehicle use
- Timesheets, holiday forms, business expenses
- Controlling material cost
- Provide leadership and give guidance with Industry Standards and encourage improvement
- Promote the achievement of service level targets and any other customer requirements
- Carry out performance review of engineers and monitor their adherence to job descriptions
- Promote generation of sales opportunities
- To work with the HR Department and Management to identify training needs within the business and assist in recording personal development for employees.
