Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary School Teacher to join their team starting this September. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Year 5 students in small class sizes, fostering a positive learning experience through patience, suportiveness, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons for Year 5 students. Utilise pre-planned materials effectively to enhance learning outcomes. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Provide individualised support to students as needed to facilitate their academic progress. Collaborate with other excellent, qualified primary teachers to share best practices and ensure consistency in teaching standards.

Requirements:

QTS/Qualified Primary School Teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students. Demonstrated patience, suportiveness, and kindness in working with children. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.

Schedule:

Gerrards Cross location on Sundays, (9:30am - 3:30pm), teaching Year 5 from 9:30am-12pm and Year 4 from 1-3:30pm. Total of 34 weeks per year.
