The RoleThe HR and Talent Procurement Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering HR and Talent sourcing, projects and contracts while reporting to the global sourcing senior manager. This includes spend categories including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition and Resourcing, Talent Development and Learning, Contingent Labour and Reward and BenefitsResponsibilitiesLead procurement actions to deliver against category strategiesServe as a procurement advisor, consulting and advising internal partners, principals and executive level stakeholders on mission critical procurement initiativesLead strategic sourcing (RFI/RFP) initiativesNegotiate high value contracts Manage key supplier relationships Deliver excellent client service experienceYour skills & professional experience:QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, similar field or equivalent experience.CIPS (or equivalent), or working towards would be desirable but not essential.SkillsStrong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion Strong understanding of Source- to-Contract processes.Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes.Relationships building, influencing, and collaboration skills Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes Project management and execution.Desired ExperiencesUnderstanding of Human Resources and Talent projects.Extensive strategic sourcing execution experience and strong negotiation strategy development skillsExperienced in Project Management Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completionStrong knowledge of agreement and contract templatesExperience working independently Comfortable and experienced working in a virtual environmentExperience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and Project is a plusGlobal experience is preferred; while majority of work will be focused on EMEA, it is valuable to have experience working collaboratively on a global levelIR35As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’).
