Disrepair Surveyor

A client of mine, a large Housing Association based in the West Midlands, is on the hunt for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their team for an initial 6 month contract. About the Role Having had an increase in work over the last few months and with upcoming legislation changes meaning that is only likely to increase, my client is in need of a Surveyor with extensive Disrepair experience. The role will see you cover: - Surveying properties, identifying disrepair works in particular around damp and mould issues - Undertaking pre-inspections, works in progress inspections and post inspections - Planned works & maintenance - Voids The contract will be for an initial 6 months with the possibility of being extended. You will be required on site 3 days a week with the rest of the work being able to be completed from home. Rates are negotiable but will be around £30-£38 an hour umbrella. About You For this role experience with disrepair, repairs and maintenance within social housing is essential.
