IT Support Engineer Location: Stoke on Trent Salary: Up to - £35,000 - Depending on Experience Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service? My client is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent! Key responsibilities: * Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues. * Support Hybrid cloud environment * Virtualisation troubleshooting (VMWare / HyperV) * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users in a timely manner. * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks. * Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups on all systems. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and implement new solutions.
