Daytime hours negotiable. Kitchen is open 7 days a week 9 till 3pm. Salary is based on the individuals abilities. We work with fresh foods, So understanding and knowledge are needed.

Requirements as a Chef:

• Level 2 Food and hygiene are required.
• You will need to be organised, efficient and capable of looking after the kitchen by yourself.
• Customer service skills are preferred

The lounge is a cosy cafe by the canal. Its a busy environment, especially when the sun is out, So experience is needed. You will also be maintaining a clean and organised environment. We re looking for a enthusiastic, creative team member that uses there own initiative.
