My client, a leading innovator in luxury housewares, is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join their UK team in a picturesque setting in Berkshire. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on optimising the online shopping experience and driving growth through creative and strategic initiatives. Role Overview: As the Amazon Account Manager, you will take full ownership of my client’s Amazon presence across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for managing the merchandising strategy, optimizing website performance, and enhancing the overall user experience. Working closely with the Global Amazon Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing a robust direct-to-consumer strategy that will elevate the brand’s profile and grow its business on Amazon. Key Responsibilities: Continuously develop and implement innovative strategies to raise the brand’s profile and expand their business on Amazon UK/EU. Create and execute robust paid and organic search optimisation strategies. Launch and manage creative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. Develop and oversee merchandising plans for product launches and promotional events. Analyse weekly sales data to make informed strategic decisions that drive growth. Collaborate with Fulfilment Operations to ensure compliance and support key projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and buyers. Oversee the presentation and maintenance of product listings and ensure brand consistency across Amazon sites. Act as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related matters, including negotiating quotes and business terms. Skills and Experience: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify successes and areas for improvement, and take corrective actions when necessary. Data-driven decision-making skills with a deep understanding of UK/EU customer behaviour. A genuine passion for e-commerce and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is essential. Experience managing Amazon ads and optimizing campaigns for better performance. Proven experience in sales forecasting and strategic planning. Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in a relevant field.
