M&E Project Manager / Site Manager - 12 month contract Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Maintenance Service Provider to source an M&E Project Manager / Site Manager. Central London – Nights – (Monday – Friday 6pm – 6am) £400 – £450 per shift (outside IR35) Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager / Site Manager will oversee a number of predominantly Electrical projects in a critical environment. Working closely and collaboratively with internal staff and external supply chains, the Project Manager / Site Manager will be responsible for: Permits to Work, RAMS and all matters relating to Health & Safety. Key Projects to be delivered within the next 12 months: Replacing PDU’s, Replacing CRAC Units & Installing New Pipework, LED Lighting, BMS, VESDA, New Busbar and Tap Off Installation, Temp Electrical Circuits. All to be delivered in a critical and live environment. About you: * You will have a proven track record of delivering M&E projects (essential) * Experience of working in the Data Centre or Banking sectors (desirable) * Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders (essential) * Hold a valid SMSTS card (essential) * Be 1st Aid Trained (essential) For more information please DM Marcus May or call me on (phone number removed)
