We’re growing quickly and looking for a creative Marketing Executive to help us tell our story through social, content marketing, print material, and more!
What a normal week looks like:
- Ideate, shoot and edit high-quality, engaging content (stories, reels, posts) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This could involve interviewing our therapists, organizing and filming models, copywriting, and more - you’ll lead the process and own our content calendar!
- Monitor our social media channels daily, interact with potential clients, and respond to comments and DMs with the goal of getting clients ready to book
- Design posters, flyers, leaflets, and price lists that adhere to our design guidelines through a tool like Canva
- Launch SMS and email marketing campaigns, and communicate with clients that show interest in learning more about our offers
- Assist with blog / newsletter copywriting
- Contribute to a weekly marketing strategy meeting, reporting on audience growth and brainstorming new strategies
Less regular, but just as exciting special projects:
- Help create our brand guidelines and set the design standard for our company
- Make a list of the awards our clinics should be applying for
- Coordinate a local event to introduce new clients to our clinics
- Make small website updates with the guidance of our agency partner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media/content/digital marketing
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and especially Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok - including how the algorithm works and latest trends
- Excellent design skills and knowledge of content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Descript, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion and/or previous experience in the aesthetics industry would be a plus
