Corporate Associate 3-6 PQE

Job Title: Corporate Law Associate Location: Cardiff Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum About Our Client: Our client, a leading UK law firm, provides highly tailored legal solutions to individuals, businesses, not-for-profit and government clients. Responsibilities: As a Corporate Law Associate, you will be involved in a broad variety of matters, dealing with 100+ transactions a year, with an average value from £25m to £100m+ for multi-national client companies (public and private), SMEs, owner managed business and start-ups for example. You can expect your caseload to include: M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital Capital markets listings/IPOs Public company takeovers Joint ventures Group restructurings. Corporate advisory matters.You will have the opportunity to work on challenging technical work and will be supported with the necessary resources for career progression. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this role, as you will be working with a team of experienced lawyers.
