Managing Quantity Surveyor

Were looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee a range of new build and refurbishment residential projects in the West Midlands. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, youll lead surveying teams, managing cost control, financial reporting, and subcontractor management, while getting involved in land acquisitions and pre-tender work.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cost management and subcontractor negotiations.
Lead financial reporting and risk management.
Work on new builds and refurbishments, including land acquisitions.
Handle pre-tender estimating and contractual documentation.
What You Need:
Proven track record in residential quantity surveying.
Experience in new builds, refurbishments, and D&B contracts.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive approach to drive projects forward.
