About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our private surgery clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining efficient clinic operations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and maintain high standards of clinical services. Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development. Monitor and manage clinic performance, including financial targets, patient satisfaction, and quality standards. Develop, implement, and review clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with surgeons, consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless patient care pathways. Manage the clinics budget, financial planning, and reporting, identifying areas for cost-saving and revenue generation. Promote continuous quality improvement and support the development of new services and initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a surgical or private clinic setting. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of clinical governance, healthcare regulations, and best practices. Financial management experience, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis. A degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a private healthcare environment is highly advantageous.
