Commercial Controller - B2B FMCG - Food Berkshire (hybrid) C.£85,000 Car Allowance 25% BonusBenefits The opportunity: This innovative, award-winning and value-added food manufacturer is recruiting for an accomplished Strategic Account Manager and proven people manager to lead the B2B channel. What will my accountabilities be? Be the B2B channel champion, working with large FMCG food manufacturers, supplying chilled and ambient products Create and develop strategic partnerships with multiple FTG customers Lead key customer negotiations Manage a team of 4 FTEs and support a high performance culture Who will I be working with? Reporting to the Commercial Director, and regular updates with the main board Cross-functionally with Development, Planning, Operations and Finance teams Leading relationships with key strategic B2B customers A great candidate will have: · Proven FMCG experience of successfully managing B2B customers, ideally in the FTG market · Product Development or NPD exposure in chilled sector · Cross-functional project leadership, effectively influence internally and externally · Team Management experience and be exceptional Account Manager · Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a real growth mindset In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you: · C.£85,000 · £7,000 car allowance · 25% Bonus · Pension Scheme · Opportunity to build a key strategic channel The Process?
