The Company My client, an independent national Planning Consultancy with offices across the UK, including Cardiff and Exeter, is looking for a Chartered Senior Town Planner to join the team. They specialise in a wide range of planning sectors, offering services that include site promotions, strategic planning, and planning applications across sectors such as residential, commercial, heritage, and renewable energy. The successful candidate will have a full membership with the RTPI. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in a variety of projects and be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, as well as being a mentor to more junior staff. Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. Chartered membership or eligibility with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Several years of experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority environment. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, regulations, and policy frameworks.
