Position: Nights Operations Manager
Hours: Sunday 15:00 - Midnight, Monday to Thursday 20:00 - 6:00 AM

We're looking for a Night Manager to oversee our clients overnight operations and support our onsite teams in delivering top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
As the Night Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the nighttime operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Safety & Compliance: Oversee night operations with a strong focus on health, safety, and security protocols. You’ll swiftly handle any safety issues and ensure compliance across the board.
- Supporting Onsite Teams: Collaborate closely with our onsite teams, providing them with essential business and project information to guarantee efficient overnight project execution.
- Driving Communication: Capture critical information and ensure it’s accurately relayed to Project Managers, so they can keep clients informed. You’ll also produce detailed night reports for stakeholders.
- Warehouse Management: Manage the access to the warehouse during your shift, overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and parts to handle any unexpected challenges.

- Experience: A proven track record in a managerial role, ideally in a night shift setting. Experience with warehouse logistics is a plus!
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. You’ll need to be organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Qualifications: A strong understanding of safety and security protocols, along with a Forklift operation certification (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Physicality: The ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary is essential.
