Senior Analyst

We're looking for a Forecasting Performance Analyst to join a Volume Forecasting (VF) team, responsible for forecasting energy demand and renewable generation across a major UK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on renewable energy forecast accuracy and financial impacts.
• Develop metrics to assess forecasting performance.
• Lead continuous improvement in reporting and insights.
• Identify value-adding opportunities and forecast improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong coding skills (SQL, Python, R) and an analytical mindset.
• A degree in a numerical discipline or relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the UK energy market is a plus.
