Senior EngineerWest Yorkshire £60k - £70kI am currently working with a privately owned house builder that is looking to make an additional hire to head up the engineering team. You will work into the technical director but manage a team of engineers and oversee all engineering aspects for the house builder.Privately owned and focused on building high quality family homes in desirable locations they are one of the best design led developers in the midlands. The company has benefitted from a substantial cash injection over the past 6 months which means that they are aggressively buying land across Yorkshire.You will be an experience Engineer with 5 + years post grad experience in house building. You will have previously worked for a housebuilder and have detailed experience of working on pre-development scopes for projects as well as delivery of roads and utilities on sites being built out.You will be super ambitious and keen to progress your career at a fast pace as the company is growing quickly and the main board is looking to bring in key staff that have director aspirations and ability.Key experiencesDegree qualified civil engineerMinimum of 5 years post graduation experience2-3 years experience of working for a house builder in the engineering/technical teamDetailed experience of managing teams of engineersDemonstratable experience of overseeing complex projects.
