To support the delivery of a high quality learning offering, partnering with all VolkerWessels UK Business Units to address both current and future skills requirements through the provision of a blended learning offering. As the Learning Solutions Manager you will:
- Support the success of group wide projects and initiatives by acting as the learning consultant for those projects and stakeholders
- Deliver learning interventions nationally for VWUK, responding to the needs of both individual BUs and those requirements identified as core and common.
- Use data to evaluate the usage of the current online offering and create packages of learning content which can be used by all employees to develop specific skills
- To prepare and develop a range of resources which support learning and can be accessed by the learner outside of the classroom
- Design and build online content resource hubs to host resources and materials
- Market the learning offering through a variety of channels
- Support the head of learning and development with system enhancements
About you
- Experience of acting as a performance consultant rather than an order taker
- LMS /LXP experience, with a deep understanding of data structure and back end processes
- Ability to analyse data and present management information
- Experience in creating a variety of learning interventions, whether that be designing classroom content, online webinars / videos, and resources which help employees in the flow of their work
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of leading and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timescales
