Gardner/Groundsworker

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a number of basic Gardeners/Landscapers for our well-established landscaping client, based near Penicuik. The role will see you committed to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Our client are passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You MUST have a valid UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role. Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors. You will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition. Key Responsibilities: Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees Pruning and weeding garden beds Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Following health and safety guidelinesRequirements: Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred A valid driving licence is a must Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditionsBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
