We prioritise respect, individualised care, inclusivity, empowerment, and safety, actively encouraging community integration and involvement. Currently the home is applying for registration, we strive to create a warm, supportive, and enriching environment where every child can feel at home and flourish. Essentials Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same. Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development. 3 years' experience working with children in the last 5 years Supervision or management experience. Working with children, young people and their families. Work in a residential setting.
