Your Role In your first year, you will: Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. Develop professional CVs for client marketing. Collaborate with sales teams to boost placements. Hit weekly targets and KPIs agreed upon with your manager. Earn commission at every stage of your journey. Support and Mentorship Throughout your training, you'll have ongoing guidance from your team manager, our expert trainers, and a mentor.
