Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants with experience in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a classroom setting with children who have a variety of needs, including behavioural issues. Key responsibilities include: Providing tailored support to students with SEN. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Supporting classroom activities and ensuring a safe learning environment. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to promote the well-being and academic progress of students. Qualifications and Experience: • Experience in supporting learners with SEN is essential. • CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or higher is preferred, but we are open to considering unqualified candidates with relevant experience. • A proactive attitude and a willingness to engage fully with school activities.
