Job Title: Care Staff (Home Care Service) Location: Fareham and Eastleigh Hours: Flexible, 20 to 40 hours per week (between 6:30am - 10:00pm) Pay Rates: £13 per hour (Weekdays), £15 per hour (Weekends), £20 per hour (Bank Holidays) Mileage: 35p per mile Additional Benefits: Company incentives and comprehensive in-house training provided Job Overview: Join a well-established home care service consistently rated GOOD by the CQC. Due to business expansion, we are looking for passionate and dedicated care staff to support people in living independently in their own homes. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, my client offers the training and support to help you succeed and grow your career in care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes. • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication. • Promote independence and improve the quality of life for those in your care. • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families. • Follow individual care plans and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered. • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the wider care team.
