Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Organisational Funding Manager to support a public benefit entity based in Birmingham (permanent). As an experienced Organisational Funding Manager to act as point of contact between 10 voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, building positive relationships with all stakeholders to successfully deliver the place-based support element. Responsibilities: Manage the relationship and contracts Meet key reporting deadlines, collecting data and information to the relevant boards both internally and externally. Ensure the operational team achieves all contractual obligations and where delivery is off track action is taken immediately. Lead day to day contract management of all community organisations who are selected to deliver the pilot service. Work with the funded organisations to deliver key reporting deadlines, collecting and collating data and information relative to the pilot. Shape and design efficient reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes for all community organisations. Track budgets and spending to ensure project delivery. Monitor outcomes and KPIs of each funded organisation to ensure they remain on target to meet their pilot outputs. Support effective working relationships across the business and act as an ambassador, advocating with external organisations. Travel, as necessary (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to have presence on site. It is expected that the Organisational Funding Manager will visit each organisation at least once per month. All expenses will be paid. Qualifications: Experience of working successfully in a similar role and developing effective partnerships Project management experience Excellent analytical skills Outstanding attention to detail Ability to build strong working relationships with key clients and stakeholders Being able to work on your own initiative, highly organised, methodical, and reliable Flexible, resilient, and pragmatic Effective communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience of producing high quality narrative and statistical reports Empathy and compassion based on life skills with a genuine understanding of vulnerable people in financial crisis or hardship If you meet the above requirements, then we would love to hear from you.
