You Are:

• An experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Someone who works well in small, dynamic teams, and is comfortable leading both frontend and backend development efforts.

Your Experience Includes:

• Mobile Apps: Experience with React Native, overseeing mobile app development and maintenance.
• Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with Vue.js, proficient in building interactive, user-friendly web applications.
• Backend Development: Skilled in Node.js, developing and maintaining scalable, reliable server-side systems.
• Databases: Solid experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, ensuring well-structured and optimized data.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiar with AWS and experienced in managing cloud-hosted infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
• A commitment to best practices in coding standards, security, and system architecture.

You Will:

• Lead the technology strategy, ensuring the platform’s scalability, reliability, and innovation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technical solutions with company objectives and provide clear technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain the platform, working closely with frontend (Vue.js), backend (Node.js), and database (PostgreSQL) technologies.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of React Native apps.
• Own the end-to-end development process, from system design to deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and exploring innovative ways to improve the platform.
