Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with a dynamic and evolving company to recruit an Internal Sales Rep on a 12 month contract to join their team to contribute directly to sales success. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to customers to uncover additional quoting opportunities, understand their specific needs, and tailor solutions that align with their goals. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Identify customer needs and offer additional products or services that add value, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships. Skills and Experience: A sales-focused, proactive attitude with strong time management and organisational skills. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth, ideally in a global or technical environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, with the ability to identify sales opportunities. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying focused on sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
