This Senior HR Business Partner role offers Hybrid Working
The responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner role include:
- Partnering with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organizational goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making, provide regular reporting
- Lead HR projects, take ownership of HR specific projects.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site
- Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommendation actions to mitigate risk
- Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
- Support organisational change initiatives
- Work with Senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns
- Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Support annual compensation planning
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback.
