Senior Manager, Performance Analytics and Insights

CK Group are recruiting for a Business Insights Manager, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey, initially on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Hourly up to £30.00 PAYE/ £36.69 Umbrella (Inside IR35).

Business Insights Manager Role:

• Provide analytic support in the market & with country commercial teams.
• Performance measurement, customer analytics, customer journey development, customer data mining & market research, as needed to uncover insights.
• In partnership with country stakeholders, recommend, define and implement business analytics plans.
• Support customer/omni-channel analysis and consultation to proactively provide deep insights.
• Understand key healthcare systems, data sources, and ability to merge those data sources in a meaningful way.

Your Background:

• Analytics & Insights background gained within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy working with a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong Story Telling in Power Point.
• Tableau experience would be advantageous.
