CK Group are recruiting for a Business Insights Manager, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey, initially on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Hourly up to £30.00 PAYE/ £36.69 Umbrella (Inside IR35).

Tadworth. This is the UK Commercial HQ. The site has over 320 acres with around 800 employees, who work across the biopharmaceutical and consumer businesses or in one of the business support functions (such as finance or HR). The site also serves as a hub for some of the company s European business operations.

Business Insights Manager Role:
- Provide analytic support in the market & with country commercial teams.
- Performance measurement, customer analytics, customer journey development, customer data mining & market research, as needed to uncover insights.
- In partnership with country stakeholders, recommend, define and implement business analytics plans.
- Support customer/omni-channel analysis and consultation to proactively provide deep insights.
- Understand key healthcare systems, data sources, and ability to merge those data sources in a meaningful way.
Your Background:
- Analytics & Insights background gained within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy working with a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong Story Telling in Power Point.
- Tableau experience would be advantageous.
