Progress Schools is on the lookout for dynamic and creative 1-1 Teaching Assistantfor pupils with SEND to join our alternative education community! Albion offers placement for 8-10 students with an EHCP who cannot sustain mainstream education for any reason. The team will work directly with the Head of School at Hamilton Square and be part of the larger team. What Were Looking For: Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives. Qualification: GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade and above (or an equivalent) Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs. Experience: Qualified, Experienced in Alternative Provision especially SEND and expereince of1:1 TA for pupils with SEND (MUST) Communication: Professional communication with students and staff.
