Paralegal – Real Estate Commercial Department
Location: Spinningfields, Manchester
Hybrid Role: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Your Role:
In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Conducting title and document reviews.
- Ordering conveyancing searches.
- Managing post-completion activities.
- Assisting with other essential conveyancing tasks.

- Experience: Prior experience as a paralegal in commercial property is essential. We’re looking for someone with a comprehensive skill set and a solid understanding of real estate law.
