What We're Looking For: A Level 3 qualified TA with proven experience in the classroom. RWI trained and ready to lead phonics interventions, helping students achieve vital literacy milestones. A strong communicator and team player, ready to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.What You'll Do: Deliver engaging and targeted phonics interventions to boost literacy skills using your RWI expertise. Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them succeed academically and emotionally. Assist in creating and implementing IEPs, supporting students with diverse learning needs.
