The Stage offers our guests an exclusive Champagne Bar, which also serves a high end afternoon tea, followed by charcuterie in the evening. Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Stage at The Londoner. The Stage is in the heart of The Londoner and offers an sophisticated experience including a Champagne Bar serving afternoon tea and charcuterie. As Floor Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team. Be responsible for ensuring staff training plans are in place for new team members alongside the Bar Manager. About You: In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous. To be considered for this role of Bar Manager you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills. Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations.
