Our Purpose is supported by our 4 key values: We make patients our priority We act with integrity and accountability We work together as one team We look for better ways forward Broad Overview: Leading and driving a series of key R&D / LCM programmes supporting Serb Pharmaceuticals to enable product development, security of supply and to support clinical and commercial products as required. Direct cross functional teams to drive operational aspects of a new product launch (CMO management, BLA review and post marketing clinical/registry requirements). As the Project Manager some of your responsibilities will include: Responsible for building and driving key programs to fruition. As part of this will manage project plans, co-ordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all project related action items are closed on time and to a high standard. Have a clear understanding of the project requirements and all activities for delivery and provide regular updates to Senior Management. Interface with external third parties to ensure full and proper coordination of activities required for a new product launch. Manage financial planning and tracking of programmes for internal and external costs in real time including annual budget cycles Lead trouble shooting activities for projects and escalate key issues and updates in a timely fashion. Work with a cross-functional team to ensure successful provision of R&D /LCM programmes on time and to the required quality. Identify and map potential new R&D, medical and clinical programmes required, build Business Cases to pitch and initiate programmes. Secure appropriate sponsorship via senior management based on a review of cost, benefit, risks and timelines within the broader business. Ensure that the operational side of the Programme Management is fully optimised in support of future business plans including ensuring processes are in place and functional. Improve alignment, coordination and visibility of projects/programs to senior leadership and ensure program implementation meets the Senior Management’s expectations. Coordinate specific Due Diligences, manage a range of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for external acquisitions as required. Completed the Post Acquisition Integration (PAI) as necessary Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with Company values. Provide co-ordination and support on significant Development, Commercial, Manufacturing or other business related programs as required Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the Line Manager. Proven experience of building and working within a fully integrated and multi-skilled team. Ability to identify, build business cases and secure sponsorship for new programs Demonstrated planning, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
