As part of Publicis Health, our small-but-mighty team works to bring applied innovation to a range of global, EMEA and UK clients, working in collaboration with other DH offices in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco and other sister agencies in London, Windsor and around the world. As a Creative Copywriter at Digitas Health, you’ll be the one who finds the compelling human truth to our clients’ offering and suggests new and exciting ways to share that truth. You will work as both a craft copywriter and as part of a creative team, with opportunity to flex both your editorial and creative conceptual muscles on a day-to-day basis. Creative Abilities Be comfortable working in a creative team to produce conceptual work and tactics across integrated advertising campaigns. Create channel-, message- and tone-appropriate copy for all audiences and media types, from conception to completion Find stories in business-speak and data and tell those stories in everyday language Comfortably write copy of all lengths, from UX copy to single-line tweets to long-copy articles Think in terms of ecosystems – multiplatform online journeys tied together by a central narrative Medical/Healthcare knowledge With support of medical colleagues from agency or client-side, interpret scientific and business content relating to a product or its competitor and translate this information into a branded campaign strategy or messaging Shepherd and adapt content through client, medical, legal and regulatory reviews alongside your medical writing colleagues Brand/Market/Agency knowledge Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines and while juggling multiple projects concurrently. Engage with clients from marketing, medical and compliance backgrounds. Proactively inform management of account statuses, problems, plans and meetings (you’ll involve senior management when necessary) Strategic and Tactical Planning Have a voice and a viewpoint when involved in the development of creative briefs and strategic and tactical plans Embrace the spirit of teamwork at all times- collaborating with the account team, the support team and the client You should have proven experience working as a creative copywriter within a marketing or advertising agency. Experience of healthcare is highly advantageous, specifically if you have examples of work speaking to patients, HCPs and financial decision-makers. You’re digital. That means you have a feel for online platforms, from social to web to app, and are comfortable creating content for any of these channels, including UX and signposting copy for websites and apps. You are motivated by creating content that matters to people – giving them information they need to trigger action and change.
