Main Responsibilities:Keeping clients updated with monthly sales reports and updatesImplementing and creating sales strategies for clientsManaging own client accountsContacting key buyers and boutiques with sales campaigns to secure appointments and new stockistsAssisting in the managing our Sales showrooms during LFW, PFW and MFW and holding own buyers’ appointmentsManaging sales orders, deliveries, and paymentCreating newsletters on new products, trends, or relevant brand news to send out to relevant key buyers and storesTo represent Black PR on the telephone and at meetings with current and potential clientsManaging buyers at PR events including catwalks, presentations, launch parties, dinners, and breakfastsSupporting in Team MeetingsDesirable knowledge and skills: Good writing skills, including the use of Microsoft Office especially excel Experienced Adobe Suite skills Good buyers and store contacts across UK and International marketsGood time management skills and a can-do attitude!Good visual merchandising skills and understanding of brands collections/productsEstablished relationships with buyers and storesDiverse experience in Wholesale and ideally Agency experience Good previous sales event experienceCommunication skills to be able to talk to clients, press and stylists and write professional emailsKnowledge of fashion, and an interest in trendsExperience in using mailer accounts such as MailchimpAble to exercise initiative when performing tasks in the office and prioritise own workloadSkills required are consistent with at least 2 years’ experience working at this level in a Sales Agency, EG client handling and Industry awarenessLFW experience essentialSales experience essentialEvent management experience essential Job Incentives:£30 contribution twice a year for personal wellness (spa day, cultural event etc)  One additional holiday day added after passing the probation periodFour company activities (wellness/cultural/activity days) per year Complimentary unlimited Nespresso coffee in the officeLFW Bonus scheme each season23 days holidayopportunity for international travel
