The Role of a Delivery Recruitment Consultant:
i-Pharm Consulting is looking to hire an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant with Life Sciences Recruitment experience to join our Contracts team in our London office, based in Liverpool Street. As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and assessing candidates to ensure the perfect match between their skills, aspirations, and the requirements of our clients across multiple specialisms.
Duties of a Delivery Recruitment Consultant:
Delivery of mid-to-senior level staff within the Life Sciences sector across the EU and US. Creating candidate hotlists and distribution lists. Pre-screening candidates to fully qualify if their skillset matches the requirements we have. Previous experience of candidate sourcing for contract positions. Contract post placement check-ins. Lead generation to help facilitate further new business opportunities. Invoiced Weekly GP generated.
