Production Planner Premium FMCG SME Central London (Hybrid working 4 days per week site/office based) Up to £40,000 Per annum Benefits (Pension, 25 Days Holiday Bank Holiday) A high-growth premium FMCG SME is seeking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and diligent production planner to join their team. What will my accountabilities be? This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with both the Logistics and Product teams, taking part in the full lifecycle of products, from creation to final delivery. You will be responsible for managing production planning, coordinating supply chains, and ensuring traceability for ingredients and finished goods. Your work will involve forecasting, reordering, and optimizing assembly processes in the ERP system while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. Key responsibilities include streamlining processes for efficiency and cost-saving, identifying and solving problems before they escalate, and ensuring timely supply of raw materials and production of high-quality finished goods. You'll also assist the warehouse team during peak seasons to ensure orders are fulfilled. A great candidate will have: 2 years in a similar role, ideally within the food, drink, or consumer industry. Strong analytical, negotiation, and business administration skills Preferred but not essential: ERP/WMS experience, knowledge of additional languages and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel The Process?
