Service Reception Manager required in Bristol. Starting salary up to £33,000 per annum pending qualifications with £6,000+ uncapped annual bonus potential. 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime. Various company benefits including pension scheme, staff purchase discounts, signing-on bonuses, and access to full brand-accredited training.Our client, a multi-franchise car dealer group established across South West England, is currently looking to hire a Service Reception Manager for one of their busy VAG-accredited dealerships in Bristol. Reporting to the Service Manager and accountable for a team of Service Advisors.  Your key responsibilities as a Service Reception Manager will include: Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre. Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace. Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern. Motivate and coach team members on best practices. Being a point of contact for customers' queries. Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team. Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers.To be eligible you need to have strong experience working within a fast-paced customer-facing environment in the automotive industry, ideally working in a similar role as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Reception Manager. You will possess strong leadership skills, a positive can-do attitude, outstanding organisational skills, the ability to multitask/keep to deadlines, and a proactive attitude to problem solving. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also mandatory.  What's in it for you? Quite a lot it seems!
