As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will:
Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
Use standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage your team to perform at a high level.
Make key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to cross-team solutions.
Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Key Skills and Proficiencies:
Master proficiency: Program Project Management.
Expert proficiency: Estimation and Planning.
Advanced proficiency: Scope Management, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Intermediate proficiency: Risk Management.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
