About the Technical Manager job You will be the company’s senior technical representative to their customers, ensuring satisfaction with the autonomy to deliver to their needs. Key tasks * Manage and direct a team of Quality and Technical personnel * Help with site audits and trials, specifications and responses to complaints * Implement changes to site procedures to improve Technical standards * Create an environment of continuous improvement within the team About You Ideally degree educated, you will possess good Technical management experience within a food manufacturing environment. In addition: * A minimum level 3 in Food Safety and HACCP * Raw material and packaging specifications * Customer technical management experience * BRCGS experience and knowledge * Great people management skills More details The Technical Manager job is based in Berkshire and is paying up to £58,000 according to your experience.
