Network Infrastructure Engineer £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary per year (depending on experience) + benefits 3 days on site in Essex (2 days working from home)Key Skills - M365, Firewalls, Cybersecurity, Windows Key deliverables:Safeguard networks from vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access.Implement and maintain security features, upgrades, troubleshoot, and respond to security incidents.Design network security policies and disaster recovery plans.Track and respond to security incidents, improve response strategies, and resolve security issues.Maintain, Update and Document existing Network infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve any network or security related issuesManage and deploy endpoint protection and vulnerability management softwareRequirements Proficiency in networking and cybersecurity technologies and protocols. Familiarity with hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.Management of SSL VPN/Site to site VPN connectionsConfiguration of firewall rules and associated objectsVLAN configuration/ segregation of networksExperience working with a hybrid windows environment with M365 and on-premise domain controllersExperience using remote management tools to maintain and update end client devices
