Carpentry Apprentice Trainer

Job Title: Trainer - Apprenticeships in Carpentry Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum, plus an Industry Sector Payment of £6,000 Contract Type: Full-time (37 hours per week) Location: Based across Aylesbury & Wycombe, with travel around Buckinghamshire Are you passionate about carpentry and woodwork? The Role: We are looking to recruit two dedicated Trainers to support our growing Carpentry Apprenticeship programme. You will use your expertise and industry knowledge to guide apprentices, helping them develop essential skills for their future careers. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality vocational training in classroom, workshop, and on-site settings. Supporting apprentices to build employability, life, and learning skills that will enhance their careers. Engaging with employers to discuss additional qualifications and training to enhance apprentices' contribution in the workplace. Using your industry experience to enrich the learning journey of our apprentices.Requirements: - We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in carpentry and woodwork, as well as a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. - NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or Equivalent - UK Driving License with access to a vehicle for necessary travel - Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo necessary processes Whats On Offer: Pension Scheme: TPS pension with a 23.68% employer contribution.
