This creative and passionate agency, which has the mentality of a boutique agency with the support of being part of an extensive network of offices around the globe, is looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious Business Director (Associate level) to aid with the growth of the business, particularly their consumer practice in their London office.

We are looking for an innovator with a sophisticated understanding of the evolving landscape in communications and an ability to bring insights, ideas, and innovation to the table.

Key responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating and overseeing highly strategic, best-in-class work to deliver success through ideas that are insight-driven, earned in their origination, and able to catch fire across the paid and owned space.
  • Leading and mentoring teams and having the gravitas and knowledge to provide strategic communications counsel to senior clients within existing and prospective businesses.
  • You will be a disruptor; someone who will challenge the status quo and think outside the box. You will also deliver game-changing programmes and ideas for clients, elevating the agency's creative achievements and reputation within the influencer space; recognized by winning high-value awards e.g., Cannes Lions.
  • Grow a team servicing blue-chip consumer clients who are operating in disrupted sectors (UK and other international markets).
  • Highly adept at running successful new business pitches (hand in hand with other senior stakeholders) with a proven track record of doing so, equally adept at pitching consumer clients (ability to pitch and win is the key criteria for this role).

Ideal candidate:

  • Excellent people and management skills.
  • Great commercial acumen; responsible for finances, including accurate scoping, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Blue-chip agency background.
  • Someone who is engaged and keeps on top of trends in marketing and media, converting them into digestible content.
  • Inquisitive, curious, and creative.
  • Great client skills and senior stakeholder management.
  • Motivating team leader.
