Finance Manager

You will: Collaborate closely with the internal teams to manage billing and meet month-end deadlines. Take full ownership of the invoicing process. Ensure accurate billing for employee time, expenses, and third-party costs against the correct projects. Maintain and develop the company's fixed asset register. Reconcile invoices, expenses, bank statements, and credit cards. Onboard new clients and suppliers onto the finance system. Prepare sales forecasts and utilization reports to support monthly board packs. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and identify ways to improve efficiency within the finance team. The Person: You will be an accomplished and driven finance professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced finance setting. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 5 years current experience in a Finance role Extensive hands on sales ledger & billing experience Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Proven experience working to strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to improving processes. A positive, collaborative approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
