Admissions and Enrolment Manager - Hybrid role Location: Bournemouth Type: Full Time, Permanent Position Salary: up to £35,000 p/a (doe) plus benefits About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions and Enrolment Manager to join a reputable higher education establishment and become a member of Registry department. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £31,000 plus benefits. As the Admissions and Enrolment Manager, you will oversee a team of Admissions and Enrolment Administrators, ensuring the delivery of a highly effective and efficient admissions service. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and enhancement of the admissions service. Process applications, organize interviews, conduct fee assessments, manage confirmations and clearing, and oversee induction and registration/enrolment. Monitor student recruitment through the compilation and production of regular admissions reports. Support the Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to Home Office legislation related to student visas. Provide exceptional service to internal departments, including Schools and Professional Services. Ensure all admissions-related regulations, policies, and procedures are current, align with sector best practices, and incorporate any legislative changes. Develop and maintain up-to-date international qualification equivalencies for accurate and consistent admissions decisions. Represent the institution at national meetings, conferences, open days, outreach, and recruitment events as required. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team and course teams to achieve institutional goals. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar environment is essential. Experience with admissions processes, including knowledge of UCAS procedures. Proven ability to line manage a small team. Demonstrated experience in devising, organizing, and managing effective administrative processes. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
