Site Manager - Housing

The CSR Group has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large scale, New Build project in Belfast. The Contractor requires the Site Manager to have extensive experience in the day to day running of a busy large scale residential project. With over 50 years' experience in the local market this position will provide an excellent career path in a thriving construction company. Applicants must have a proven track record working on projects valued £2M+. Criteria Detailed project list of contracts £2M+ Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures Excellent communication skills at all levels Computer literate Supervisors Card Duties Working Closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineer Management of Sub - Contractors and Direct Staff Key role in supervision of all works Carryout H&S checks Deliver progress reports and lead management meetings Skills: SMSTS First aid Site management Construction Site Management
