Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Engineer Role: Responsibilities: * Commissioning and Maintenance: Perform tasks on highly used cars and other vehicles to high standards. * On-Site Repairs: Travel to various locations for repairs when needed. * Vehicle Preparation: Ready new vehicles for service and prepare old ones for disposal. * Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs. * Health and Safety: Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents. * Security Procedures: Adhere to security guidelines. * Training: Attend relevant training courses. * Decision Making: Make repair decisions in the absence of a supervisor. * Income Generation: Participate in activities relevant to the commissioning operation. Working Conditions: * Hours: Standard business hours, 5 days a week. * Salary: Negotable based on experince, overtime also available * Benefits: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. * Location: Hampshire (Southampton, Oxford and Eastleigh) This role involves maintaining and commissioning a variety of vehicles and equipment, including lights, CCTV, trackers, system controllers, and advanced electronic components.
